The ASICS Gel Kayano 14 'Cream Pure Silver' combines off-white mesh with a synthetic leather forefoot overlay in metallic silver. Matte silver tiger stripes outlined in blue trim sweep across the side panel, while a bronze-coloured overlay extends from the heel to the midfoot. A white foam midsole with blue Gel inserts in the forefoot and heel.
